well well, ita been a month or so since i've last updated and apparently no one seemed to be reading as shown thru the tag status.
it kinda disappoints me quite a bit to see that my social circle is getting smaller and smaller over the years.
now that life revolves around only me and babe, i feel certain emptiness in a way.

i havnt gone out with friends for a long time,
other than school work and gb, only babe's there for me to spend time with.
not that is it a bad thing to keep spending time with bf, but i guess there should be a balance
i'll be praying about this though...

well school has been rather busy i would say. so busy that babe and i has lesser and lesser time to meet up after school everyday
but still, its a blessing to have the chance to see him (:
he always makes my day with that adorable smile
rather, its me who's tied down with some emotional issues. im like a lunatic who feels happy and sad with just 2-3 mins interval. im sure its not PMS, then what is it? hmmm...
i really need to work on my emotions

i just hope that the girls in class will start to love themselves more and not harm their body by choosing this route
stress can be solved in other ways and it really isnt that cool to have cigarettes on those beautiful fingers...

i've received my results for the previous semester and i'm kinda glad with it. but still there are still room for improvements. KK's modules are the deadliest for last sem. but i deserve it! thats for not completing my submission on time, with such crappy work, i should be glad that i didn't fail.

as the holidays are coming to an end (which goes by in a wink!), there are still many things that i haven't completed! but thankfully most of my time are spent with my other half! (: Went to many places, ate lotsa stuff, spent a whole lot of time with each other (:

Things to do list (before school starts):
1) meet up with KAREN!
2) Finish up lesson 2 of Bible study
3) really brush up on the lightings and shadows for 3D Max!!! (or else school's gonna be really horrible!)
4) go for a swim with Wai Fun! (:
5) learn some cooking from ah ma
6) upload all my photos during my holidays that i havent upload
7) download all my files into a hardisk
8) AOB

Spend 2 whole days at Wisma's office building doing the packing of the Breast Cancer Foundation Walkathon Fundraising.

we (25 volunteers and aunties) were told to pack a total of 3200 goody bags for the walkers

but unfortunately, we didnt managed to complete it even with a 9 hour frame of non-stop packing!

so! those who could make it today would have to complete the job

and it so happened that it was only 6-7 of us there packing

the packing and carrying of the heavy bags gave me a bad backache and aches on the shoulders and everywhere else!

and today was more sitting and shifting and carrying! woah! the tension of the muscles was just 'shiok'!

anyways, tml would be the collection of goody bags

ok its really been long since i updated on my blog
lotsa things happened since holidays started! most of which...HAPPY THINGS! (:

but i guess not many ppl do come over to look at this 'abandoned-looking' blog
therefore, i shall procrastinate on posting the photos,
well most of them can be found on facebook...so...yupp!
many photos on the food babe and i ate during all these daysand what we have been doing ever since we were declared 'free-from-work'

~~we're?~~ i'm really enjoying my holidays,
not having any stress is basically what im trying to emphasize
im really not up to the pressure...
but sad to say, i still have 1 & a half year to endure!!
it wasnt this torturing until i concluded that the stress level is really high and im really not up to it
even so, i'll still do my best to get this Diploma and see how's things like at the end
but for now, i shant think of those things but just enjoy my holidays with many wonderful ppl! (:

nope... i havnt disappeared if u are actually wondering (:
just very busy with work all the while
but that really shouldnt be the reason of not updating about my life

well, life's great with babe around to cheer me on and to motivate me (:
we really made it a point to meet up everyday unless otherwise
other than the hectic school work would be lack of sleep that's causing me looking like a zombie everyday
oh well, concealer would do the job just fine! (: - that's to have a slightly less-zombie looking appearance when i leave house

i also realised and learnt a lot of things lately...
from the many sermons in church and the natural disasters that's happening all these while
the flood in China's Gansu is really bad and it somehow burdened me
actually to be exact, i've with burdened with such disasters a long time ago - say about 6 years ago?
and the sermon during the missions month really burdened me even more
and with the BBLC trip that is opened to all, its like a calling from God to get closer to something
im not really sure what is it, but im sure that this is something i would really like to do.
to go overseas to reach out to more unbelievers. i really hope to make an impact to their lives
but at the same time, im quite worried as to the communication and the activities that we'll be doign with the BBLC Cambodian boys & girls
but i'll put all my worries unto the Lord, He'll always be there with me (:
firstly, i hope that this trip will be confirmed soon
secondly, i also hope that it'll be a meaningful and memorable trip with clement having the same burden as i do. (:

really had a great day with sweetheart at marina catching a great view of the fireworks
though the celebrations was in the midst of my tight submission dates, i still think its worth it with clement's accompany that whole day (:

I've always been asking God for directions, but nothing came back

so while waiting, i really feel more and more in love with singing

is it infatuation again? ):

im not motivated to do work

i have to put up a strong front even when im feeling down inside

i have to live up to what i have to be infront of ppl

i have to bear with the bloated stomach everyday

i have to endure the aches and pains my back is giving me

honestly,

i do agree that i take the easy way out most of the time...

but i do perservere on things too!

i don't want to strive for what the world wants me to be

i really want to do things that are more meaningful than trying to improve on my current skill just to make more money!

is there pure joy when you work so hard for the pieces of paper that was told that it'll create wonders?

will you be happy when you wake up in the morning to find yourself in a project that you have to rush for nearly impossible deadlines?

or am i just not up to it?

whilst trying hard to finish my project, its not just trying to complete it

i have to go through physical training of not sleeping for 3-4 days

not having regular meals

blur vision in the morning for quite a long period of time

bloated stomach

toxicated body of not being able to rest for 3-4 days hence constipated

having an aching back for sitting too long. it just got worst with added pain

(dark eye circle is common, no need to mention that...)

also having a mental perseverance of forcing myself not to sleep

having a clear goal in mind and not wavering from the aim of completing no matter how hard it gets

having no one around to help you but only yourself

unable to spend time with loved ones, including my dad on Fathers' Day!

see how projects made me stronger?

its definitely a hard lesson but seriously, it is worth it?

ok, i know i shouldnt be here but after reading some blogs (von, eleanor, jocelyn)

i realise alot of things

and one thing i really agree or should i say emphatize with von is that...

does it mean that we have lesser time with our friends when we have a partner

but for me, probably because i started my relationship at a rather young age, so most of my close friends started drifting away due to that reason perhaps?

but it takes 2 hands to clap. maintaining a good friendship takes effort from both parties.

but with such hectic life and busy schedule, not many are able to turn up for regular meet-ups but i'll try to initiate someday! (:

speaking about hectic life, which im in the midst of it, is really making me stressed up

assignments are for A's and to aim for the Director's List.

but such life is really competitive...

why cant you people be more sociable and open to speak up and not speaking behind people's back?

will it do you any good?

how happy will you be if you are just stepping on another person's success to achieve yours?

is it really that hard to do work in a stress free environment, well at least away from such human-to-human issues?

in any way, i have to produce my 3D drawings by friday (at most on saturday), an art exhibition gallery design also by friday, printed fish bone chart to be handed in later, last consultation from zalina regarding my studio model making and wayne's retail project. i dont really dread to do my work, as in dont feel like doing it or anything like that. but its always the lack of determination & i always assume i have alot of time left to complete it, but in fact, when everyone's rushing, im still trying to catch the ball. you get what i mean? its always 3 seconds slower.

i'll end up bringing my laptop for church camp to do some work so as not to waste any OTOT time (:

quite excited about church camp

but more excited about the night out with sweetheart this friday IF i manage to complete what i need to complete.

sometimes i really hate technology

i trust it so much that i saved my precious data in it

but i got NOTHING in return!!!!!

as i've always feared...

ALL my data are gone!!!

ALL the GB files, my diary posts and many others.

that man confidently said its all saved and i had to empty my trash

and so, i did it and its gone now! :(

nevertheless, thank God that those are just erased data, i can get it back slowly

build up the file from today onwards

if it was all my photos that are gone, i seriously wont be this calm

all the photos are really precious to me.

i took them doen, i keep them, hoping that one day, i'll have the money to print them all out in hard copy and keep them for a long long time.

i do hope that this day will come soon.

i really thank God that i still remain calm even after such a trauma of not having the ability to recover all my files

for this reason, i don't trust technology as much anymore (esp thumbdrives/hardisk and huge storage disk)

PS: people, please back up 2-3 more spare files in different hardisk/thumbdrive to not end up like me even when i did had back-ups ):

most of the lessons are theory this time round

but i do enjoy the kind of freedom Zalina has given to us for our studio project

i feel more motivated to do work this sem somehow

and though most modules are theory, i kinda like all of them (:

dont find any of them boring cos they are all new things and its really cool when i learnt so much about the Marina Bay Sands project from Wayne

the architecture and interior itself has mesmerised me so much and it really got me so interested to know more!

im really looking forward to Wayne's lesson every week! its always a surprise for me, always something new and cool!

i do look forward to my attachment in Year 3 cos it'll be a great opportunity to learn more and know more about the real world.

now that the modules are all in theory, i guess i'll have to bring my lappy everyday to take notes. Comparing typing & writing, i can type faster. but its harder if there are diagrams ):

today is the last day of my long holidays

went for a round of walk at Orchard Central's rooftop garden

its nicer the first time that've i been there but glad that i shared such experience with babe today (:

Had Touch Rugby on sat during parade...thw whole parade!

so i was made to run and run and run after such a long time of "NO RUNNING FOR JOANNE!"

oh gosh! was really panting HARD while trying to endure thru the whole game without anymore players to sub me *sobs*

the 1 hour of continuous sprints and the 4 rounds of punishment run caused me severe muscle aches now...

the worst ache of all that im having now is the back!

its so painful that it feels like its tearing! like literally!

i missed service because of this! oh gosh...

i guess swimming is still the best sport for me (:

at least the impact on my back is much lesser as compared to running

its a fact that will not change... "JOANNE HATES RUNNING!"

i have to say that Mr Lim CC is really a great speaker...

now that there are shelters during rainy days, renovated lifts, and such a good transport system here...

i really dont wanna move to another place and adapt to a whole new environment ):

i love this place even though all the good friends (flies, bugs, insects of all kind) will come and visit me once in a while but other than that, everything's just great! i just love the transport here. there are so many buses to different parts of singapore and its so near to the MRT station!

can we not move? ):

why happy?
cos i was watching at some videos on youtube on soldiers' homecoming from Iraq back to the US after a year, its funny how i could actually feel that joy of their family, their wifes, their girlfriends and children.
its silly that i cried watching every single one of the videos. its simply so heartwarming, really (:
other than that, i also came across some proposal videos
some were tacky but most were so surprising! even i'm surprised and i could feel their joy too (:
Love is just so beautiful! (:

speaking about love....
went to SengKang's swimming complex with my boy today!
the indoor pool's water was freezing cold!
and when i was about to damp myself slowly, bit by bit to get used to the temperature, clement just gave me a big splash right in front of my face while i was talking!
but still, we managed to had some laps done too!
so proud of that boy for swimming such distance non-stop, job well done babe! (:

and the next moment, i was tearing non-stop, having the fear that i'd never see him again.
kinda silly i know (:
i thank God again for this man and i'll cherish him well.

watched "How to train your Dragon today" with sweetheart today
i would say its quite a nice movie. well, at least it is not a corrupted movie in terms of the language used.
there are many hummors in the movie too
love the idea that the storywriter had in mind and the animations is good too. (:

gb was fun last sat but the running made me feel old, having aches and pains all over my body after those short sprints
had 2510 rehearsal on sunday and it was, to me, one of the best ones of all
but on my part, i kept forgetting my steps and it's really annoying!
i'll really try harder this week ad make sure that the next rehearsal will be a better one

Watched "The Blind Side" today and it was indeed a film that's truely inspirational
find out more about Micheal Oher and you're practically understanding the whole movie
its a bio-pic of Micheal Oher from his happening past till his current life as a successful football player in Ravens (one of the American Football Team)
Its really heartwarming to see how the Tuohy family accepted him as a part of the family and the family bond that they have amongst each other

God made me work doubly fast to do it ALL OVER AGAIN in an hour.

My lecturer is still willing to accept the mounting board with my work on it.

Thank God that I'm able to control my emotions today even when im very disappointed with illustrator and super anxious about the printing of the photoshop work...

though its kinda late now and that everyone's already working on our submissions and stuff

i guess everyone had their version of activities during this long holidays

for me,

i really had a great time with babe during 'chu yi'

seriously not so much on the family reunion dinner, really...

cos there was just so many ppl around

shall i say about 12? including the kids...

plus my own cell family..that's like 17? or even more?

gosh..

we had to take turns to have our meals, for 3 days!

so im always left with the fleshless fish...yupp! just the bones -.-"

and with the brackets now...

i can get really fussy with food cuz i just can't bite hard food

even 'ba kua' is a tough job

so sad that i cant even eat mushroom (xiang/hua gu)

anyways..

i met up with babe in the evening of 'chu yi'

we caught "Percy Jackson & the Lightning thief"

it was great... at least to me (:

and had a great meal at 313 Orchard's Marche!

it was my first visit there and i can boldly say that the interior concept of the place is really FLAWLESS!!

i underestmated the restaurant, really!

they had glass lift and a very cottage feel to EVERYTHING there!

the furnitures are all wood and the decorations to go with it are just so compatible...

its so HUGE down there!

i reacted like a country bumpkin when a was so overwhelmed by the great interior =D

I REALLY LOVE THAT PLACE!

its hard to explain that level of excitement and happiness given my limited vocabulary...

really enjoyed every moment with him! (:

It wouldnt be what it is without him...

ok what's comin' up next will be very dry but i have to blurt it all out before my little brain gets all jammed up.

Currently i have to do:

1) ~~research on Ergonomic's points and pass them to waifun by 24 jan night~~

2) ~~layout the plan for welcome parade and sent to all officers by 24 jan night~~

3) ~~read-up on design history notes and understand them well for presentation on thursday~~

4) ~~finish the design history slides by tues night~~

5) typography - panel 2 & 3

6) studio project

-finish master floor plan

-furniture floorplan (w/furniture)

~~-12 word site analysis~~

-lighting layout plan

-electrical layout plan [all by monday]

7) do cotton's model... [submitted 2 weeks from now]

im not trying to run away from the fact of not being able to sleep because of work

but is it really for our future?

will there be a promising future ahead of us?

i dont know about the rest but i do have a hunge that the end is really coming soon.

school started for a week now and its really hectic. just received 3-4 projects to be handed in around the same time and the consultations has heavy weightage too.

i wanna thank God for the results on design history. forcing myself to stay awake in lectures was paid off! (:

but sad to say, i'll be very busy from today onwards

which means i cant attend every parade.

i'll still make it when i can, cos all the time during weekend are suppose to be fully utilized to chiong all the submissions for monday and tues and obviously the rest too.

i just visited the dentist and i received a news that's not really pleasing to the ears

"You have to put on braces."

i felt lost at that moment

never in my life i thought i'd have to put on braces

Joanne, face the fact! do it or else it will worsen

now that mum's better in terms of her attitude to us, i really hope will one day touch her heart and bring her to christ too

There's just so many photos to upload and so many things to share but i shall start with 2010 and forget about 2009. cuz i dun think anyone would wanna read on and on and on abt what happened in school and stuff.

why is it so hard to focus at times when i have to?

and why is it that i cant seem to do work when i know i have to?

feeling so helpless when my body is not acting the way i want it to behave

how desperate can that be?

had the rehearsal today and it was awesome

missed the presence of sweetheart so much!

we seemed so bonded that i could literally feel him even when we're not around each other

So many things happened today, both good and bad

After the unhappy incident with the lady at yishun's ticketing office,

I hadnt felt so angry before!

and the hormonal imbalance made it worst because of the monthly thing.

Oh gosh! couldnt help it but burst out crying in public because of the bad customer service from the ticketing office.

So disappointed at that ah peh! i finally understood what was the meaning of "monkey see monkey do" when he threw his flyer ON THE FLOOR along with 20 OVER PIECES ALREADY ON THE FLOOR! i cant believe my eyes when i actually saw that RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES!

wake up people! why cant u have a little compassion to your own surroundings by throwing it INTO THE BIN!?

And apparently, some people simply dont care after they've knocked so hard by the shoulders and elbow

am i just thinking too much or i've really no confidence in life

often, i ask myself if i have friends to hang out with, friends that listens, friends that'll be there

when i look into my life,

there are just so many different kind of people that God has placed around me

He wants me to learn to forgive and accept them as who they are and not to judge them

i love them and i want them to have that close relationship with God so that they can live a more meaningful life

its not the first time being pinpointed, but everytime i found out/felt like it, it hurts me so badly

is it that im not a good person that's why people that i know are doing this to me?

A fulfilling day

Today's a good day

i got to experience another day in sunday school

i love the kids

i love the way they ask and answer questions

Jadyn and Janna was such a joy to teach

they're just so obedient,

same goes to Gilda and Gareth, just so well-mannered (:

To me, having the privilege to watch them grow is really a great joy (:

love kids so much! (:

had a great lunch too!

9 pax, 7 course meal(including pineapple rice) for 53 dollars

so in the end, i only had to fork out 6 dollars for such a feast!

really thank God for the food and the fellowship (:

babe also had 2 great meals by his mum

School Starting tml and im kinda excited

though i know it'll be tough but im still looking forward to it

I thank God for giving me a learning heart (:

But first day of school has such a long schedule

wonder if i'll end up wasting time cos we have no studying materials

and the sad thing is that school from 9am-10pm!

such a weird arrangement that we actually have to stay up till so late for the computer lesson

nevertheless, as long as the time is well spent, i'd think its worth it

Im so tired after these 2 days of slogging at Wisma for the BCF Reebok run goody bag distribution
but i thank God its over and the selling of the pins made quite a sum of money too (:

I really had alot of fun during these 2 days!
i thank God for the wonderful zestherz girls there and we really enjoyed our day there-though its a small space =D

about 30th Aug that i went out with babe
our trip to Ikea was mostly about EATING! hahaha
we had the meatballs and pasta
their meatballs are always THAT tasty, please try it someday! (:

we had their ice-cream and hotdogs after lookin' around
& cuz it was a rainy day
one of my 'dream-like' scenario happened cuz we walked in the pouring rain just to walk to the bus-stop that seemed all so far that day as he hugged me so tightly under his tiny lil umbrella

& u bet it was still a heart-pounding scenario even after being tgt for all these time (:

i personally feel truely amazed of how kids in Singapore, Mongolia and Indonesia would tear listening to that particular song
those kids are only 6-8 years old!
i really thank God that i had a chance to listen to that song.
just the instrumental introduction music made me teared.
i thank God for the chance to expose myself to a song along with sign language
though it was a little hard at first,
but i believe with continual pratice with God's grace that it'll be fine tuned and then taught to the kids in sunday school

We did some cool stuff for colour studies with larry today

and our works are mounted on the walls in class

so proud of our work!

it just looks so composed even when its random...

Finally done with my studio project's 'show-hand'

i really tried my best to complete it

started once i got home & stayed up all night till 1pm in the afternoon to rush it

but i cant finish it still :(

and 1pm was the time for grading!

im late!

but once i told the taxi driver to be a little faster than norm, he actually chatted with me and drove at 120km/h!!

it was super duper fast and i manage to reach school in 7-8 mins when a norm speed taxi took 15 mins

as i was slightly late and unfinished

my emotions got quite messed up eventually

thx to meigwan and waifun, i managed to pick myself up

thx girls! (:

and ultimately,

sean lim biao's sentence made all the stormy emotions calm down by saying...

"Eh, ni de fen shu bu cuo leh....."

wa!!

i was like thank God thank God!

cos i know that God know that i really did my best already

and THANKFULLY, sean and larry said that we'll have a chance to 'repackage' our work and the marking will be after 4 more exercises in sem 2

and i really thank God for another chance to prove myself

model making - moving castle design (19 aug)

material tech - common test (18 aug)

I've never worked so hard in school

im proud of myself that i managed to say that

Studio Project

i can really forget about sleeping

even the fastest person in class has to stay up late to finish up all our work

i've been doing for the whole of today

was seriously focus in the morning till noon

really gotta do faster

a few more exercises to complete my studio project and im left with binding

and all these has to be done by thursday!!

havnt really done much for it

but im so gonna do it this fri cos im only left with a week or so

PLUS i also have to complete my drawing and rendering work

digestive PROBLEMS!

i've been really busy lately with school work

rushing and rushing..one after another...

was sick since friday

having flu, cough and an infected gum ):

taking all the western drugs are really hurting my stomach

having very bad digestion in the first place,

it has definitely worsen my condition *sigh*

im so sick of burping foam-like stuff after every meal

sick of having bloated stomach all the time (before & after meal=all the time)

sick of eating medicine (western & chinese)

sick of choosing baggy clothings just to hide my big bloated stomach

when can i recover?

when will all these go away

not only is it affecting me physically

it is also mentally straining

having bad digestive system has caused my to stay away from:

alcoholic/caffine (coffee/tea)

cold

spicy

acidic

bread (hard to digest) - one of my favs ):

i cant stay up too late if not the next day, i will burp even more 'throat-burning-sensation' liquid-acid i suppose..

i cannot skip meals..it hurt if i dun eat but i will suffer for the next few hours trying to force the air out (hard to explain)

having bad digestive problems also caused me to gain weight very easily even when i dont really eat alot-i feel so innocent!!! ):

its not that i've done nothing to take care of my body

but there are restrictions all the time

im also having backaches every now and then

walking normally is becoming a problem when the pain comes

who can understand what im going through everyday?

can you please share your thoughts and experiences with me?

i've been trying for the past 2 years to get better but its still the same

what more should i do to improve on my condition?

*i dont want this to be an excuse for me to slow down my pace in my work

cos it is now!

Lots of things to post about since my last post but shall make things simple

reopen of sch was delayed for one week

and that week alone was WORK and WORK

but when we got back to sch,

most of the lecturers told us that the work assigned wasnt for us!!

while means we wasted our time and effort to do the work for nothing!

we grumbled of course but oh well... life has to go on

with MORE WORK!

second week wasnt any better too

rushing many work at the same time was crazy

maybe im just piling them up

but i promise i will clear them all eventually

esp Design Studio and Drawing & Rendering

these 2 modules takes up 6 credit units each...

so i have to do them very well

still life drawing is challenging but at the same the annoying when u have to spend that few hours just to finish a good drawing

but its all worth the marks.. just that i really need to find the time ):

watching AYG really motivates me to swim again

i've not been in the water for quite some time now

shall dedicate myself some time for that soon

hope i'll have company (:

really grateful and thankful for the sermon during service on sunday

the story on "Do Not Afraid" really made me learn alot

being on the plane with a storm outside

that little girl just did not worried about anything that is happening outside and the terrified adults around her

why? simply because her father was the pilot and he has promised her that he will bring her home...

Having such trust with her father is how we should all trust our Heavenly Father who is our pilot

if we do not trust Him, who should we trust then?

for now i still have a few big things to settle

been busy with work which explains the slow updates

now that im having a term break

i should have more time to update

i realise that i fell sick 3 times within 3 weeks

my body is really deteriorating

good news!

i have a new phone thanks to Daddy! (:

colour's kinda weird at first but thank God that the touch screen is pressure sensitive and not touch

so i can still use my nails and there's not much of a problem (:

just came back from Zestherz Adventure camp

the 17km walk is causing excruciating pain on my soles though we do have breaks inbetween

had plenty of blisters after the long walk from 12am to 6am

yes!

when u guys were actually sleeping

at the very same time i was pushing myself to walk that endless road..literally!

and i blamed myself for spraying and applying mosquito repellent all over my body EXCEPT my FEET...

and guess what!

all the bites are on my FEET!!!!

i thought i was anti-bitten

oh well

anyway..

we also had Star 1 Kayaking for 2 days

but the funny thing is a already had mine during sec sch

but it was a great time except for the seasick part

we kayak-ed in the sea by the way

the water there was rather choppy cos of the bumpboats and cargo ships

the capsizing wasnt as fun as the one i had at Macritchie cos the water was super salty!

can u imagine the amount of bacteria entering your body through your nose!

gosh...

but it was still fun (:

if only P5s were there, we would have more time together but you girls are still loved! (:

the sunrise that sunset were so beautiful itself

but with the planes that comes every 10 mins

it creates a priceless memory (:

Reena, Yvonee, Edaline, Beryl, Waiwan are the girls that im grouped with

great leaders and companions

had alot of fun with them

somehow down today
gloomy DAY but enjoyable NIGHT (:
many are lethargic in classs due to studio's workload
as expected i slept around 4 plus
but i seemed rather energetic
just dont really wanna activate my cheek muscles
not much things to be happy abt until i saw babe after sch
though it's just for a short while
i enjoyed the company

gotta go balestier or somewhere with lighting shops to ask around and take pics of the differnt kinds of interior lightings

am i lying to myself so that things will sound better?

do i really think the workload is OK for me when i often have SLEEPLESS nights when its only Sem 1?

but i will still do my best in the things that i do

i feel tired but i still love school

i know i cant finish it but i will still forgo my sleep just to make sure its well done

but for tonight,

i really have a strong feeling of missing school for just one day to really catch up whatever that i've yet to catch up.

or else things will pile up even higher

which is quite bad for now

i really have a serious time management problem

its a great day today
though i didnt really sleep ytd night
really thank God for granting me with the extra portion of strength and a clear mind in school
i also want to thank Him for the wonderful time i had with babe
though it wasnt very long
we still managed to catch the movie 'Night At the Museum'
its a great movie
with some jokes made by different characters, it adds on to the movie
it was a worth while movie i should say

we had our dinner at Nebo right before we entered the cinema
though rushing, we still enjoyed our dinner together
and i have to say i enjoyed the trip home more than anyting today
it was the time that i saw many glimpse of smile from you

had my very first GSM on Labour day

my bottoms really ached alot sitting there for such a long time

today's a quiet and peaceful day in school

slightly tired cos of the late night sleep just to settle the pictures for studio project

many said i look restless or 'sian'

i dont know why..but prob there's nothing that interests or excites me except for the short chats with the girls

not happy, not sad, not lonely, not having much fun
and i realised that im quite selective towards many things
but im really serious when it comes to doing work
i dont want to flunk any modules
my ultimate aim is to be in the director's list and eventually to get into a university

as a start, i think i shouldnt think that everything is easy and take things for granted

so i shant be who i am in sec sch but to really put in the best effort for everything...

everyone who is teaching us says that SID is very tough and not many can pull through
but from the drawing lesson today
i saw some unexpected people doing quite well in their drawings..
and me! being an art student, i took such a long time to draw out the sketch of the can...
so i started adding some stress to myself..
but am i stressing myself too much again?
should i let go abit more and just go with the flow?
cos i dont wanna end up missing sch and not doing well cos of stress..

therefore
having ways to relax myself is very important
but wat is it? how should i relax myself?
cacila mentioned that she likes to sing..me too!
so perhaps singing can reallt quieten down my heart and calm me down

lessons starts at 10 tml and im still posting now
how great?

school was great everyday
new lessons everyday
new friends made everyday
new challenges to face everyday
and assignments given almost everyday!

today it quite a happening day
lose my cool today in class
was panicking for the presentation for the lost of words
but thank God i was still able to speak up a little that probably earned a little marks in their heads
the thing that affected me quite alot was that there were 3 lecturers!
so its adds on the stress
and 50 pairs of eyes are starring at me when i was talking simply cos my group was the first grp to present n the first presentation in our poly life!!
its like so scary!
i only feel comfortable presenting to people i feel comfortable with but the impressions that the lecturers gave me were funloving,friendly and funny
but when it comes to work!? they are drop dead serious!
seriously!
so in conclusion, all the groups had to redo our presentation and present them again on next monday
its ok...
at least i learned something today (:

it was great to meet up with babe after school
bought some materials from my fav neighbourhood store! ARTFRIEND!!
bought my laptop case too! same design as babe's..hehe

overall,
i thank God for outting me here although i didnt like it at first
but as times goes by
i feel that my interest really lies here
designing..interior design..
i thank God for the friends that i made too!

i know its been some time that i've updated abt myself
but life has been rather simple for me
babe's company with me everytime was treasured greatly and will always be
the company of friends for a meal was really great
though its just a short while
