digestive PROBLEMS!
i've been really busy lately with school work
rushing and rushing..one after another...
was sick since friday
having flu, cough and an infected gum ):
taking all the western drugs are really hurting my stomach
having very bad digestion in the first place,
it has definitely worsen my condition *sigh*
im so sick of burping foam-like stuff after every meal
sick of having bloated stomach all the time (before & after meal=all the time)
sick of eating medicine (western & chinese)
sick of choosing baggy clothings just to hide my big bloated stomach
when can i recover?
when will all these go away
not only is it affecting me physically
it is also mentally straining
having bad digestive system has caused my to stay away from:
alcoholic/caffine (coffee/tea)
cold
spicy
acidic
bread (hard to digest) - one of my favs ):
i cant stay up too late if not the next day, i will burp even more 'throat-burning-sensation' liquid-acid i suppose..
i cannot skip meals..it hurt if i dun eat but i will suffer for the next few hours trying to force the air out (hard to explain)
having bad digestive problems also caused me to gain weight very easily even when i dont really eat alot-i feel so innocent!!! ):
its not that i've done nothing to take care of my body
but there are restrictions all the time
im also having backaches every now and then
walking normally is becoming a problem when the pain comes
who can understand what im going through everyday?
can you please share your thoughts and experiences with me?
i've been trying for the past 2 years to get better but its still the same
what more should i do to improve on my condition?
*i dont want this to be an excuse for me to slow down my pace in my work
cos it is now!

thankful heart
Lots of things to post about since my last post but shall make things simple
reopen of sch was delayed for one week
and that week alone was WORK and WORK
but when we got back to sch,
most of the lecturers told us that the work assigned wasnt for us!!
while means we wasted our time and effort to do the work for nothing!
we grumbled of course but oh well... life has to go on
with MORE WORK!
second week wasnt any better too
rushing many work at the same time was crazy
maybe im just piling them up
but i promise i will clear them all eventually
esp Design Studio and Drawing & Rendering
these 2 modules takes up 6 credit units each...
so i have to do them very well
still life drawing is challenging but at the same the annoying when u have to spend that few hours just to finish a good drawing
but its all worth the marks.. just that i really need to find the time ):
watching AYG really motivates me to swim again
i've not been in the water for quite some time now
shall dedicate myself some time for that soon
hope i'll have company (:
really grateful and thankful for the sermon during service on sunday
the story on "Do Not Afraid" really made me learn alot
being on the plane with a storm outside
that little girl just did not worried about anything that is happening outside and the terrified adults around her
why? simply because her father was the pilot and he has promised her that he will bring her home...
Having such trust with her father is how we should all trust our Heavenly Father who is our pilot
if we do not trust Him, who should we trust then?
for now i still have a few big things to settle
1) Howl's Moving Castle design
2) Material Tech-Egg Container
3) Photography-portfolio
4) Design Studio-wood sample collection and many more...
shall perservere and do my very best in all that i do
hope to do well for this sem (:

laughed so much today
a great evening after a terrible afternoon
stomach bloated again
feel very terrible throughout the afternoon
but thank God that i manage to pull thru till the end of the day
and for my sis who came to school to pass me my sketchbook for grading
really thankful for that trip (:
i thank God for everything today (:

more work, less time
still busy with work
but thankfully i dont have to log in to the forum
its quite troublesome
actually im just bothered about how the work should be done
asked but still no reply ):
with that, our speed cant be faster cos we keep having doubts
anyway,
i manage to catch more sleep today
BUT!
i kept having dreams!
long sleep = more dreams = more tired! ):
nevertheless,
i still have enough energy to do my work
i aim to finish all the researches today and get them printed by tml
and to start all the drawings from tml
i really hope im able to finish everything on time..
do your best joanne!
i just got a haircut like 2 hours ago
quite satisfied cos she is my favourite hairdresser
havnt got a cut for 2 months cos she was having maternity leave (random)
contented that i had the length that i wanted (:
jia you people who are having tons of work to do
remember to drink more water due to the drastic climate changes
take care of your body too alright?
